We recently lost my husband’s mother and Lon and Susan walked us through every step meeting needs before we even thought of them. When we came in the door, we never had to wait or go to the counter and ask for them. We were never put on hold or put aside. We felt like their number one priority through the whole process. What a comfort to have these two handling everything for mom. They were completely professional, while also being warm and supportive. I am so grateful for them and hope that they are available whenever we may have to go through this again. I don’t know how we would have navigated this without them.
