Funeral Service: Saturday, February 06, 2010 3:30 PM American Legion Hall, St. Helena, CA BiographyVALERIE BRINK1957-2010 On January 27, 2010 Valerie J. Brink (Aka Goomper to her family) of Napa passed away. She was preceded in death by her son, Jay Lloyd Scott, her husband Richard, mother Sylvia and brother Charles. She is survived by her son Steven Wayne Gibson Jr., daughter Shannon and husband Donald J. Garcia, grandchildren Jesse (11), Trinity (9), Gracie (1), father Charles Edwin Trembath Sr., sister Debra Trembath, brother Robert Anthony Trembath and family, brother Lawrence Trembath and family, nephew Charles Edwin Trembath III and family, boyfriend Stephen Bristow and countless others. She loved spending time with her family and making everyone around her happy. Her favorite things were cooking for her family, especially during the holidays, going to the beach and amusement parks, camping and watching movies. Taking pictures and creating scrapbook memories were her passion which she left for us to continue. But what Valerie cherished the most are her grandchildren. She was so proud of them. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at 3:30pm in the American Legion Hall in St. Helena.
